Terms of Use

Effective 2 October 2026 | Operated by Qwan Labs Pte. Ltd.

These Terms govern your use of DROP, including the DROP website, app, smart contracts and related services (together, “DROP”). By using DROP, you agree to these Terms.

1. What DROP is

DROP is software for sending and receiving supported digital assets through claimable links. A sender can deposit supported assets, create a DROP, share the claim link, and the recipient can claim it without first providing the sender with a wallet address.

DROP is operated by Qwan Labs Pte. Ltd. (“Qwan Labs”, “we”, “us” or “our”). DROP is a technology service. We are not a bank, broker, exchange or custodian, and we do not provide investment, legal or tax advice.

2. Non-custodial service

DROP is designed to be non-custodial. Supported assets are held through blockchain wallets and smart contracts controlled by user credentials and the rules of the relevant contracts. We do not have unilateral authority to move funds from a user’s locker, reverse a completed claim, or recover assets after an irreversible blockchain transaction.

You are responsible for your account, devices, credentials, wallets and claim links. Anyone who obtains a valid claim link may be able to claim the associated DROP. Treat a claim link like cash.

3. Blockchain risks

DROP uses public blockchains and smart contracts. By using DROP, you accept the risks of this technology, including:

  • Blockchain transactions may be permanent and irreversible.
  • Software, smart contracts or third-party infrastructure may contain bugs, fail or be attacked.
  • Networks may be congested, unavailable, reorganised or changed.
  • Supported assets, networks and features may be added, removed, paused or modified.
  • Loss of credentials, access or a claim link may result in loss of access to assets.

DROP is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Only use assets you can afford to lose.

4. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to agree to these Terms, and be legally permitted to use DROP where you are located.

You must not use DROP for unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, theft or moving proceeds of crime. You must not attempt to compromise, overload, exploit or interfere with DROP or its users.

We may restrict access to the DROP interface, or take other steps required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the service. Nothing in these Terms gives us the ability to reverse transactions that the underlying blockchain or smart contracts make irreversible.

5. DROPs, claims and expiry

A DROP is a claimable transfer. A claim is complete when the applicable smart contract or blockchain records it as complete. Before a DROP is claimed, it may expire or be cancelled where the product expressly allows this. If an unclaimed DROP expires, the applicable assets may return to the sender’s DROP balance according to the smart contract rules shown in the product.

You are responsible for confirming the amount, asset, network and intended recipient before sending or withdrawing.

6. Fees

DROP may charge fees. Any fee that applies to an action will be disclosed before you confirm that action. Network or gas fees charged by a blockchain or third party may also apply and are not controlled by us.

7. Third-party services

DROP may rely on or connect to blockchains, wallet infrastructure, authentication providers, hosting providers and other third-party services. Their products and terms are separate from ours. We are not responsible for failures, acts or omissions of third parties that we do not control.

8. Intellectual property

DROP, its software, design, branding and content are owned by or licensed to Qwan Labs, except for open-source software and third-party materials subject to their own licences. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qwan Labs disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability and error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qwan Labs and its directors, officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or loss of digital assets arising from your use of DROP, blockchain activity, lost credentials, claim links, software errors or third-party failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Changes and termination

We may update DROP or these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service or another appropriate channel. The effective date above will show when these Terms were last updated.

You may stop using DROP at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue after you stop using DROP will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any rights you cannot waive under applicable law, the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or DROP.
